How long have you been working at Office Express?
I’ve been with Office Express for ten years.
What do you enjoy most about working in commercial cleaning?
What I enjoy most about working in commercial cleaning is that it allows me to do what I like, which is cleaning, and then checking to ensure everything is impeccable once the job is done.
What’s one part of your job that clients might not realize takes extra skill or attention?
A part of the job that clients may not think about is that we care about them as much as we do their spaces. Even while we’re working, I always give clients my full attention when we’re communicating, along with the best possible kindness.
How do you ensure every space you clean meets high standards?
After cleaning, I inspect every building to ensure the job meets our and the client’s expectations. Before jobs, I make sure there is enough staff to cover the size and needs of the space.
What’s your favorite part about working with your team?
My favorite part of working with my team is that everyone is very responsible and hardworking. They respect me and are very punctual in their work, which makes it so easy to get our jobs done efficiently.
How do you build trust and strong relationships with clients?
With clients, I make it a priority to maintain good communication. I also make it a point not just to pay attention to the clients, but to comply with everything they ask of me and my crew.

I would tell anyone who wants to work as a professional commercial cleaner to be prepared, have good communication skills, demonstrate responsibility, and be totally committed to their role.
What’s one cleaning tip you’d share with clients for maintaining their space between visits?
When clients keep their spaces tidy between visits, it makes everything so much better when it’s time for us to come in and give the space a thorough cleaning.
Outside of work, what do you enjoy doing in your free time?
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, cleaning the house, and going to the gym.
